妈妈把安全带拉出来：“它保护车里的每一个人。肩带经过胸前，腰带贴在髋部，不能勒住脖子或肚子。”

Mom pulled the belt out. “It protects everyone in the car. The shoulder part crosses the chest, and the lap part rests on the hips—not the neck or the belly.”

安安找到第一个观察点：肩带和腰带在胸前汇合，再扣进座位旁的扣子。妈妈根据她的身高调好座位和带子。

An'an found her first thing to look for: the shoulder and lap parts meet at her chest and click into the buckle beside the seat. Mom adjusted the seat and belt to fit her height.

车子慢慢开起来，安安发现自己和车一起向前走。妈妈说：“因为身体有惯性，会想继续原来的运动。”

The car began to move gently, and An'an noticed that she moved forward with it. Mom explained, “Because of inertia, a moving body tends to keep moving.”

前方红灯亮起，妈妈提前平稳刹车。车子减速时，安安的身体还想向前，安全带把她温柔地留在座位上。

A red light appeared, so Mom braked smoothly in advance. As the car slowed, An'an's body tended to move forward, and the belt gently kept her with the seat.

妈妈在停车后用玩具车演示：小车突然停下，玩具小人还会向前。安全带让减速的力量分散到结实的身体部位。

After parking, Mom used a toy car to demonstrate: when the little car stops, its toy figure still moves forward. A seat belt spreads the slowing force across strong parts of the body.

安安试着说出规则：“肩带不能从腋下走，腰带不能压在肚子上，也不能松松垮垮。”妈妈点点头。

An'an recited the rule: “The shoulder belt never goes under an arm, the lap belt never rests on the belly, and neither part should be loose.” Mom nodded.

妈妈和安安数了数：前排、后排，每个座位都有一位乘客，也都有一条系好的安全带。安安的第二个观察点完成了。

Mom and An'an counted: front row, back row—each seat had a passenger and a fastened belt. An'an had completed her second observation.

到科学馆后，妈妈先把车停进车位，车轮完全不动，才说：“现在可以解开。”安安按下扣子，慢慢下车。

At the museum, Mom parked in a space and waited until the wheels were completely still. “Now you may unbuckle,” she said. An'an pressed the buckle and got out calmly.

安安牵着妈妈走进科学馆，记住了这句小口诀：“坐好，系好；车停稳，再解开。”安全带保护的是每一个认真照顾自己的人。

An'an held Mom's hand into the museum and remembered: “Sit, buckle, and unbuckle only when the car is still.” A seat belt protects every person who takes care of themselves.

安全带让身体和车辆一起平稳减速；每次出发都要坐好、系好，车辆停稳后再解开。

A seat belt helps the body slow down with the car. Sit properly and buckle up for every trip, then unbuckle only after the car is parked and still.
