Empty mountains—no one can be seen. Yet voices echo somewhere. Returning sunlight enters the deep woods. And shines again upon green moss.

Empty mountains—no one can be seen. Yet voices echo somewhere. Returning sunlight enters the deep woods. And shines again upon green moss.

Empty mountains—no one can be seen. The path bends into the woods, with not a person in sight.

Yet voices echo somewhere. Unseen speakers sound faintly through the valley.

Returning sunlight enters the deep woods. Near sunset, a golden beam slips between the trees.

And shines again upon green moss. The light crosses the trunks and settles on soft damp moss.

No person appears, yet voices remain; the woods are dim, yet one patch of moss glows.

Quiet does not mean empty. Small sounds and little lights reward careful attention.

Empty mountains—no one can be seen. Yet voices echo somewhere. Returning sunlight enters the deep woods. And shines again upon green moss. Now read it softly once more.

The mountain seems empty, yet distant voices and late light on moss reveal a quiet world full of life.
